Then, our most experienced workers create the tooling and develop the production process, which includes tracking the progress of every order and keeping you informed of your order’s status. We recognize that some orders demand a “rush” response, and we make every effort to expedite deliveries if necessary.
Our process know-how comes from years of hands-on experience producing castings for demanding markets and industries that require extensive coring and must meet high standards for porosity, pressure tightness, and machinability.

At Ermak we have both Green Sand Molding, and No-Bake Sand Molding allowing for more complicated, and extremely large castings. The No-Bake process is used for castings that require deep pockets, or have limited draft situations.
Our machine shop is equipped with CNC Lathes, CNC Vertical Milling Machines and supporting equipment . We work with stainless steel, steel, aluminum, brass, plastic, and castings.
Many of the products that we produce are for demanding applications that require pressure tightness and extensive machining. Our team of experts works hard to ensure that we meet or exceed your critical requirements.
Many aluminum castings require heat treatment to specific tempers. Our large high-temperature ovens, as well as our aging ovens, provide excellent tempering results that are consistent and reliable.
In addition to heat treating, our finishing process includes machining, painting, anodizing, polishing, grinding, and plating.
